Think back to the last time you were sick, like REALLY sick. Can you remember how good it felt just to feel “normal” again?

Now…

Imagine having an illness or condition in which there is no hope of improvement. Your new “normal” might involve chronic pain, loss of mobility, or worse while your care is focused only on ensuring the situation does not deteriorate further.

This is the situation millions of people across the globe find themselves in on a daily basis.

Don’t take your health for granted.

Exercise. Eat right. Get enough sleep. As Jim Rohn famously said:

Take care of your body, it’s the only place you have to live.
